Ageing is a gradual, process of natural change that starts in early adulthood. There is no set age for ageing, but a good lifestyle certainly helps to slow it down. Traditionally 65 years defines older adults, and certainly by this age many people feel that the ageing process is catching up with them.
Our community embraces everyone, from those just starting to consider their journey through ageing, to those who are well into their older years. Whether you're navigating the middle stages of life or you've already stepped into retirement, you'll find a warm and welcoming space here with us.

Here at Energised Living we believe that keeping stresses and anxieties to a minimum is an important part of being healthy, therefore we offer free group stress-busting and therapeutic sessions.
Our offerings include a comprehensive suite of online relaxation and rejuvenation therapies. These encompass mindfulness practices, guided visualisations, hypnotherapy, Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and stress-reduction techniques, all available to our community members without any additional cost.
